Maxwell Robbins and Jiahao Huang join the group

Author: Jonathan Chisum

Two new graduate research assistants joined the group in the Fall 2020 semester. Maxwell Robbins joins us after defending a Master's thesis on wide bandgap (GaN) Schottky diodes at North Carolina State University. He is the recipient of the Schmitt Fellowship for graduate research and currently works on the design and modeling of wideband and efficient microwave to magnetic spin-wave transducers for novel signal processing applications. Jiahao Huang joins us after completing a bachelors degree at Beijing Institute of Technology where he participated in research on antennas and high-frequency structures. He is currently working on wideband artificial dielectrics for use in Gradient-index (GRIN) lens antennas.
